Crmmetrix et Thierry Maillet, l'auteur de Génération Participation, lancent le 1er Baromètre de l'écoute et de la Participation. D’une fréquence trimestrielle, ce baromètre fait le point sur la perception qu’ont les internautes de l’écoute et de la participation d’un certain nombre d’organismes et institutions publiques et privées comme les marques et les entreprises.
Pour cette première vague réalisée du réalisée du 9 au 14 mars 2007 (auprès d’un échantillon online de 780 personnes, selon la méthode des quotas, représentatif des internautes français) nous faisons un focus sur le politique à 30 jours de la Présidentielle.
L’attente d’écoute et de participation des internautes Français est forte mais encore insuffisamment comprise par les hommes politiques dans la perspective de l’élection présidentielle.
