Laurent Flores - President & CEO
founder of CRM Metrix, Laurent has over 15 years of experience of
measuring and building brands online and offline. Laurent leads CRM
Metrix vision and strategy while consulting with key clients. He was
previously VP, Director of Interactive, at Ipsos-ASI in the US where he
lead the company’s web-centric research efforts consulting with clients
such as P&G, Levis’, Kraft, Jupiter MediaMetrix, Lycos in the US,
Europe, as well as South America and Asia. He was previously working and
living in Europe (Belgium, UK, France) where he held senior positions
both at Ipsos and Millward Brown. Laurent is a frequent speaker at
international conferences on the topic of CRM, Innovation and marketing
ROI most notably at the ARF, Esomar, MSI. He teaches and publishes
regularly in international journals. In 2001, he won the Esomar Fernanda
Monti Award for the best overall annual contribution for his work on the
implications of CRM for Market Research. Laurent was Esomar France
Representative from 2001 to 2004, and has been elected in January 2005
to seat on the Esomar Council (Esomar is the leading worldwide market
research association). Laurent is a graduate of Grenoble University
Marketing Phd program in France and holds a Computer Analyst/Programmer
Degree. He also holds a business certificate in ‘web metrics’ from the
Wharton Graduate School of Business University of Pensylvania,
Philadelphia.
Hemen Patel - President & CTO
a
founder of CRM Metrix, Hemen has extensive experience working in CRM and
Consumer Research with specific experience in analysis, design and
development of business applications in client/server and web
architecture environments using Microsoft and Java based software
technologies, actuate Reports using Visual Basic, Web Technologies,
Access and SQL server. Other these years Hemen had developed unique
experience in CRM / eCRM software technology development involving
customization based on business requirements. With a unique blend of
technology and business knowledge, Hemen worked market research
companies, technology companies and advertisers: Ipsos-ASI, Quiline
Software, Chase Manhattan, Pepsi, US Navy. Hemen holds a Bachelor of
Industrial Engineering from University Of Bombay and a MBA
(Statistics/Marketing) from Notre Dame University, South Bend. Hemen is
also a certified E-Commerce functional and technical consultant
Guillaume Weill - Managing Director
CRM Metrix Europe. As former Global Managing Director for Ipsos Access
Panels, Guillaume was in charge of panel development throughout Europe,
which included managing a staff of 50 across 4 countries as well as
ongoing development of online European strategy. He was also a former
member of Ipsos plenary management board. Prior to Ipsos, Guillaume
served as the Commercial Director at Infratest Burke France, where he
developed market research solutions and provided marketing consultancy
for CPG companies focused on new product forecasting models. Guillaume
holds an MBA Marketing degree from Ecole Superieure des Affaires,
Grenoble, and a Masters in Management and Economics from Université
Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg. Guillaume resides in Paris with his wife and
two children.
With the CRM Metrix french team, he has just launched a website to
recruit panelists and measure their innovation profile.
