Account Director

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in market research, client service and project management
  • Strong desire to expand their client service and project management experience.
  • Experience in market research, marketing analytics and interactive marketing strategy 
  • An understanding of the online research industry and industry trends a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously
  • A strong interest in online/offline marketing, research and advertising

Programmer/Analyst

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will mentor project team members, will also perform reviews of their work products and identify issues that impact a project, participate in project meetings and should be well versed with Project monitoring tools.
  • Uncover client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, data modeling, Normalization and object modeling.
  • Use prototyping, where possible, to solidify client requirements in conjunction with Software Developers
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the software development or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Object Oriented Design and Development;
  • Min. of 3 years experience working with Oracle, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers and/or SQL server ;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in developing applications using Microsoft .NET toolset;
  • Experience with Installation and Configuration of Network, firewalls, routers, switches and Server Hardening

Responsibilities:

  • The Programmer / Analyst will design, develop and implement new software applications to provide future growth and stability for CRM metrix’s business operations and client needs.
  • He/she, while meeting the current business requirements, should also be able to forecast/advise the management on the future requirements of the Business.
  • Communicates with customers to identify the business requirements.
  • Documents and confirms understanding of the business requirements via use cases and Prototyping.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical abilities and attention to detail Upon approval of design, develops and implements the assigned tasks.
  • Ensures integration with other systems is error free and controls risks are mitigated.
  • Keeps abreast with the latest advances in software development technologies.

Functional Analyst

Requirements:

  • Candidate should be an expert in a certain functional area of a business. He/she should provide user training and help in preparing the training materials.
  • Should have a bachelors or masters degree in Finance and have experience with the industry best practices. He/she will use their knowledge to improve the efficiency of the function at the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Functional requirement gathering activity with various Business groups
  • Prepare Functional Requirement & Use Case document and get approvals from Stake holders
  • Should be able to perform functional analysis
  • Should be able to perform Estimation using Function Point method -Achieve the project milestones with quality and agreed deadlines
  • The person needs to be very assertive and result driven irrespective of constraints.
  • Perform analysis, planning, establishment of requirements, functional modeling, development of procedures, development of functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties.
  • Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
  • Perform allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
  • Analyze problem in terms of information and conceptualizes and defines problem and formulates solutions.
  • Prepare reports to management defining problem, evaluation, and possible solution.
  • Interface with other departments in representing the customer in the course of conducting interoperability assessments and implementation of interoperability and supportability procedures.
  • Operate independently and react rapidly in a complex organizational environment with daily customer interchange and multi-faceted tasking while providing insights and independent thought and advice on interoperability areas.
  • Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge and compiles information into recommendations/analyses and participates in marketing presentations where application requires technical expert.
  • May conduct research for, or write portions of technical proposals.
  • Responsible for interviewing stakeholders, documenting business requirements and highlighting inconsistencies with quick resolution -Prepare detailed work flows and diagrams
