Making Sure the New Design is on Track

SiteCRM™ 6D (Pre-Post) Study Objective::
The main objective is to compare and contrast the performance of the old design versus the new one. Performance is measured on key dimensions such as site performance, branding impact, business impact and CRM impact.

Pre & Post evaluation will highlight any changes (positive or negative) for each key performance metric. For example, changes in visit satisfaction - if changes are negative then our consultants will run diagnostics to dig out drivers within the new design and provide optimization strategies to generate lifts moving forward.

The Research Methodology::
This solution utilizes a a scientific market research methodology that deploys a pre-visit survey (control group) & post-visit survey (test group) to gain an understanding of incremental gains in key performance metrics, help justify the brand website investment, and pave the way for optimization techniques.

For Pre/Post measurement, the SiteCRM™ 6D survey can be deployed for 9 months - 3 months before the redesign launch and 6 months after the launch (6 months post-launch will allow time for the new site to wear in).
